These times call for gathering, creating, and listening to one another. If that resonates, I hope you will join the Open Heart Open Mic, a gathering for thoughtful, intentional sharing, where we hold space for each others' experiences with open hearts and loving intention. Bring your curiostity, your creativity, or simply your presence. Music and spoken word welcome.
We are beginning to have a monthly theme to see if it sparks anything new to create or share. June's theme (to share at the 6/20 open mic is “home.”

Andrea Szirbik Groft, known on stage as Friend Andrea, is a singer-songwriter based in Berwick, Maine. Her experience as a mother of four, partner, and teacher shapes her original music for children, families, and the wider human family. Rooted in Friendly values of peace, community, and integrity, she weaves songs, the stories behind them, and her songwriting process into a shared journey- encouraging creativity and authenticity in a way that feels more like friendship than performance.
